Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide another suitable solution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@elsyre.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@elsyre.com

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. If your order has already been shipped, you may request a return after receiving it.

Non-Returnable Items

At this time, we do not list any standard non-returnable product categories. Sale items can be returned if they meet our return eligibility requirements.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original product for a refund and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered to customers in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. This does not limit our 30-day return policy where it applies.

Items should be returned in the same condition that you received them: unused and in their original packaging where possible. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days. Elsyre offers free shipping on all orders, so there are no original shipping charges to refund.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

Product Warranty and Legal Guarantee 

Elsyre does not offer a separate commercial warranty unless one is specifically stated on the product page or included with the product.

This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or legal guarantees that may apply under federal, state or other applicable consumer protection laws.

If your product is defective, damaged, or does not match the product description, please contact us at contact@elsyre.com with your order details and photos or videos of the issue. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy required by applicable law.
