Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Order Processing

Order cut-off time: 4:00 PM EST

Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.

Handling and processing time is usually 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated transit time: 6–10 business days.

Estimated total delivery time, including processing: 7–12 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, high-volume periods, or events outside our control.

Delivery Method

All orders are delivered directly to the customer’s specified shipping address. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Carriers

We work with reliable shipping carriers to deliver orders safely and efficiently. The carrier is selected based on the destination country, package size, and delivery requirements.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. 

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet our estimated delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier operational issues, customs processing, high-volume periods, public holidays, or other unforeseen logistical challenges.

If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you by email. If your order appears lost or tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us at contact@elsyre.com so we can investigate with the carrier.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment where possible. Additional shipping fees may apply if the issue was caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us at contact@elsyre.com within 48 hours of delivery if possible. Please include photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.

Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees

Product prices and any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout. Any import duties, customs fees, or additional charges required by local authorities are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
